Come si chiamano da voi?
Chiacchiere, frappe…………… Qui da noi si chiamano Crostoli.
Essendo una ricetta vicentina, si usa la grappa!!!!
Ecco l’impasto (ovviamente modificato da me ๐ ):
- 500 grammi circa di farina
- 4 uova intere
- 30 grammi di zucchero
- 1 bicchierino abbondante di grappa
- 20 grammi di strutto
Impastare bene bene nella planetaria, poi per stendere la pasta io ho usato la sfogliatrice.
L’impasto era perfetto, sono riuscita ad arrivare alla penultima tacca senza problemi.
Here is the dough (obviously modified by me :)):
500 grams of flour
4 whole eggs
30 grams of sugar
1 small glass of grappa
20 grams of lard
Knead well in the planetary, then roll the dough I used the sheeter.
The dough was perfect, I was able to get to the last notch without problems.

ho fatto anche dei ‘nodi’ tagliando la pasta in lunghe strisce e facendo dei nodi piuttosto morbidi
I also did the ‘nodes‘ cutting the dough into long strips and making nodes rather soft
Vanno poi fritti per poco tempo, sono molto sottili.
Then fry them for a short time, they are very thin.
